Student Help

Tips & Help

If you are a student and you want help, follow these steps:
1. Ask your teacher or a peer
2. Check the FAQs or tutorials on the page
​3. Visit the help desk in the media center
Keyboard not working: detach and reattach (may take a couple of times)

No available networks: restart Surface using the power button in the Windows menu

Slow programs: close out of any unnecessary apps and browser tabs

Battery losing charge: use airplane mode, decrease brightness (of both keyboard and screen), power down when possible

2. Submit a ticket to Fulton County Help Desk by emailing servicedesk@fultonschools.org 
3. You may also contact the Spartech representative in your department
Any student checking out a Surface tablet must submit a Device User Agreement signed by parents and student. See the Spartech Help Desk in media center if you need assistance checking out a Surface tablet.
