If you are a student and you want help, follow these steps:
1. Ask your teacher or a peer 2. Check the FAQs or tutorials on the page 3. Visit the help desk in the media center |
Keyboard not working: detach and reattach (may take a couple of times)
No available networks: restart Surface using the power button in the Windows menu Slow programs: close out of any unnecessary apps and browser tabs Battery losing charge: use airplane mode, decrease brightness (of both keyboard and screen), power down when possible |
